Alean Resort and Spa Doville's Training & Development department has created its own courses and trained over 600 employees on the platform.
Alean Resort & Spa Doville is a unique family hotel located on the Black Sea coast. More than 20 thousand tourists visit hotel annually. The hotel has about 30 different departments in total that ensure the efficient functioning of the hotel for guests.

Problem
Due to the large annual hiring of seasonal employees, the task was to make a rapid training and adaptation of new personnel. It was difficult to gather all the staff for training at a certain time, preparing handouts was costly and resource-intensive as well as maintaining a gradebook manually for all the students - it was necessary to transfer the whole process online with the ability to track training progress for each employee.
Solution
The platform was deployed in a short time. Using the capabilities of the Instructor's account, the training department quickly creates and publishes new courses for training employees. In addition a self-registration option is available on the platform to simplify enrolling users to the platform and learning process. At the same time, the Instructor can see all the progress statistics for each employee in a real-time report generation.
Results
New employees easily register on the platform and take courses from mobile devices at any convenient time - they watch videos, get acquainted with presentation materials, and take tests. More than 600 people are already studying on the platform. User support by chat helps to quickly resolve all emerging issues. New courses are quickly uploaded and published to meet the business needs, while the progress report system allows to provide statistics to each department where the employee works.
